Job Marketing Service

This budget-friendly option includes a personalized job ad and 30 days of online job ads. All applicant resumes are submitted directly to the provider. It saves you the hassle of managing your job ads across multiple platforms and is perfect for teams with the time to screen and interview but who struggle with the job marketing aspect of recruiting. We help you share your vision with job seekers and draw more applicants.

This service includes:

  • Kick-off call/meeting with the recruiter(s) to get all the details

  • Personalized SEO-rich job ad

  • Advertising on various job boards for 30 days (Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Zip Recruiter, Facebook, Google, etc.)

  • Resumes are forwarded directly to the employer's hiring manager or HR team

  • You reach out to the candidates you want to interview (we highly recommend you connect with candidates of interest within 24 hours of getting their info).

  • You conduct the in-person interview

  • You extend the offer

  • Job ads run for 30 days

  • You can request changes to the ad if the candidate response is low (for example, Increasing pay, adding a sign-on bonus, changing the qualifications/criteria, revising the job title, etc.)
